Bring the lamb and sauce up to room temperature. place the lamb on a roasting tray and put in a preheated oven at 190 for approximately 20 minutes for pink or longer if you prefer it cooked more. Allow the lamb to rest and remove string before slicing.
Keep refrigerated and use within three days. Do not freeze sauce.
