A sweet and sour chutney with a background heat from a pinch of cayenne, a great accompaniment for this tender, slow cooked, succulent belly pork

Belly pork, Fresh tomatoes, white wine vinegar, caster sugar, fennel seeds, curry powder, cardamon pods, cayenne pepper, raisins, SESAME SEEDS.
Bring the chutney up to room temperature. Place the belly pork on a baking tray and place in a preheated oven at 190 for approx 12-15 minutes.
Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
