Choose your favourite meat and jazz it up with one of our great new sauces.
This product is Gluten Free
Prime Northumbrian Fillet steak OR Lamb Loin OR Pork Loin sea salt and pepper.
SAUCES: Peppercorn: Place in a pan and bring to a simmer (do not boil). Blue Cheese: Place in a pan and bring to a simmer (do not boil). Red pepper and almond: Serve hot or at room temperature. Tangy green sauce: Serve at room temperature. Fillet of beef: Bring up to room temperature. Place fillet on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 190c degrees for 10- 12 minutes will cook it medium rare or leave to cook longer if you prefer it cooked through more. Lamb loin: Bring the lamb and sauce up to room temperature. Place the lamb on a roasting tray and put in a preheated oven at 190c for approximately 15 minutes for pink or longer if you prefer it cooked more. Allow the lamb to rest and remove string before slicing. Loin of Pork : Bring up to room temperature. Place pork on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 190c degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Ensure the product is cooked through and is piping hot.
Meat: Keep refrigerated and use within three days or freeze immediately. Sauce: Peppercorn and blue cheese keep refrigerated and use within three days. Do not freeze.. Roasted red pepper and almond keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Do not freeze. Tangy green sauce, keep refrigerated and use within 7 days. Do not freeze.
All of our meals are cooked fresh, so you can eat as little or as much as you want and freeze the rest (unless the storage instructions state otherwise).
