Cottage/ Shepherds Pie

Cottage pie is a British classic and may well be the epitome of home-cooked food. This dish can take two forms (both equally as scrummy of course!) – Shepherds pie made with succulent lamb mince, or Cottage pie filled from scrumptious beef mince. Both are a scrumptious autumn dish filled with seasonal vegetables, rich meaty gravy, and a crispy mash potato topping. Why not serve this dish with a portion of our very own peas and onions or the infamous Heinz baked beans. This is also a great one to bulk cook and keep in the fridge or freezer for reheating after a hectic family day.
