Terms and conditions

By accessing this website, www.more-more-more.co.uk, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out below. If you do not agree to them, you must not use this website. Please read this document carefully before placing an order with www.more-more-more.co.uk. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Registration and ordering with More More More

Registration is required to make online purchases on our website. Please provide information that is accurate, current and complete. Should any of your information change please notify us at info@mmm.solveit.org.uk. We reserve the right to change the registration process at any time.

When ordering items from our site you will be required to provide valid payment details. By ordering online you authorise More More More to transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties. This will be done purely in the interest of authenticating your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain payment authorisation and to authorise the individual purchase transaction.

We currently ship only to the UK.

After making a purchase with More More More, we will send you an order confirmation detailing the products you have ordered.

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT.

Where we charge separately for postage and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out elsewhere on this website.

Payment can be made securely online by PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.

By submitting an order to us through our website you guarantee that the payment details provided are correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

Delivery and Insurance

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment will occur.

An “earliest permitted delivery date” is automatically calculated by the website, based on the date and time that an order is placed, to allow time for our chefs to order fresh ingredients and to prepare the order, and for the couriers to deliver it. Customers can of course choose delivery on a later date if they prefer. See below for the earliest delivery dates based on time of order:

  • Mon-Wed before 2pm: prepared the following day and delivered the day after that.
  • Mon-Wed after 2pm: prepared two days later and delivered the day after that.
  • Thu before 2pm: prepared the following day and delivered the day after that.
  • Thu after 2pm, all day Fri, Sat before 2pm: prepared the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.
  • Sat after 2pm, all day Sun: prepared the following Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday.

The earliest permitted delivery date will differ in the case of bank holidays and suchlike.

Refund Policy

Customers can cancel up to 7 days before the specified delivery date (for online store customers) or the event date (for customers using the bespoke dining service). This will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the order total. Orders cancelled after this period will not be refunded.

The Website

Our website is presented “as is”; cannot guarantee it will be permanently available or entirely free of errors. We reserve the right to amend errors, to make changes to our website, to withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time we see fit.

Online Security

For your utmost security, all debit and credit card transactions take place on secured external servers, using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption and transfer of potentially sensitive information. These servers (hosted by Mijireh Checkout or Paypal, depending on the payment method used) fully satisfy international “PCI compliance” security regulations. None of your financial information is transmitted to or from, or stored on, More More More’s own servers.

While entering your financial data to complete a purchase with More More More, your browser will switch to secure mode. To check if your browser is secure, look at the URL field at the top of your browser. You will see it begins with https instead of the normal http, indicating that you are in secure mode. You can also verify secure mode by the key or padlock security icon at the bottom-right hand corner of your browser.

Liability and Indemnity

Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.
